So, I made this pineapple glaze for my Christmas party last night and put on top of my 7lbs ham. It's Soooooo good and a huge hit with my party people. They loved every bite. We got leftovers as well. Make the pineapple glaze when you can. The chunks of freah pineapple are awesome. It's a definite repeater. Merry Christmas 2023.

Glazed ham comes out so much better when it’s spiral cut. Even when I can’t find one, I’ll thinly slice it before putting it in the oven so that all those in e juices, flavors, and glaze touch every slice.

Oml- skip the ham, give me a spoon! These all look delicious! Thank you for sharing, I look forward to making one over the holidays. The hard part… choosing which glaze I’ll use!

This video got me wondering why we don't put glazes onto whole poultry while it's roasting 🤔

I think that's because by definition a glaze should have sugar in it to glaze the meat

The fact that you think that 12 pound ham cost four dollars is ridiculous lol

@@ChefBillyParisi yes I think the last time we got him it was like a half a ham and it was $60 yeah quality ham butcher shop. Yet you could take a cheap ham and make it flavorful and really try to make it better.
