Без этого никак. Долго будет стоять на медленном огне, сок весь уйдет. Чуть сильный огонь мжигает корочку, а сок оставит внутри. Сгоревшую корочку убирают и наслаждаются сочным мягким шашлыком..

Şefim yemeklerin güzel ama genelde denk geldiğim videolarında çok yağlı yemekler yaptığına dikkat ettim. Vücut endeksine bakılınca da biraz kolesterolün yüksek gibi, bir dahaki tariflerde daha hafif etler ve sebze ağırlıklı yemekler bekliyoruz. Eline sağlık. Sağlıcakla kal
