I LEARN so much here. I tried a TikTok video recipe once. It had millions of views who promised it was delicious, but it was absurd and decrepit - and tossed. There's no learning there. Just clicks. Here, I come as my master class on chef prepared meals and recipes, but it's the man, his verve, his joie de vivre his real genius his experience and his expertise that call me back again and again, and each time at the end I'm so inspired! To just cook, and make others feel that same joy he just shared with me. I should be paying for these, I think, every video. We love this dear man, and are grateful that he has shared himself with the world. So much to give that it overflows from his very soul, I'm not joking.❤️ TikTok that, tiktokkers! 😃

LOVED this lesson today, and you are right about the price of tenderloin! We were at Costco yesterday, even their price is whoooooa mama!!!! We opt for their prime or choice filets, and they cut them wonderfully thick. These are large enough for my husband and I to split one. Makes it extremely economical, and we don't have to sacrifice having a delicious meal. Cheaper than eating a steak at a restaurant. Now, my next problem... Doc ordered me off salt today, having issues with my BP. 😞 have to figure out if when I leave the filet overnight, in the fridge, on its rack, without salt, will I still get the nice crust? Doc told me to try Mrs Dash...guess we'll be cooking your recipes, without salt??!!! Lord, give me strength, no choice 😭😭. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones Chef, that includes dear Jack.
