I LEARN so much here. I tried a TikTok video recipe once. It had millions of views who promised it was delicious, but it was absurd and decrepit - and tossed. There's no learning there. Just clicks. Here, I come as my master class on chef prepared meals and recipes, but it's the man, his verve, his joie de vivre his real genius his experience and his expertise that call me back again and again, and each time at the end I'm so inspired! To just cook, and make others feel that same joy he just shared with me. I should be paying for these, I think, every video. We love this dear man, and are grateful that he has shared himself with the world. So much to give that it overflows from his very soul, I'm not joking.❤️ TikTok that, tiktokkers! 😃

watching your cooking videos is like going to cooking school. You not only give a recipe but show the process of it all. LOVED this lesson today, and you are right about the price of tenderloin! We were at Costco yesterday, even their price is whoooooa mama!!!! We opt for their prime or choice filets, and they cut them wonderfully thick. These are large enough for my husband and I to split one. Makes it extremely economical, and we don't have to sacrifice having a delicious meal. Cheaper than eating a steak at a restaurant. Now, my next problem... Doc ordered me off salt today, having issues with my BP. 😞 have to figure out if when I leave the filet overnight, in the fridge, on its rack, without salt, will I still get the nice crust? Doc told me to try Mrs Dash...guess we'll be cooking your recipes, without salt??!!! Lord, give me strength, no choice 😭😭. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones Chef, that includes dear Jack.

LOL, still the best cooking show on TV! Always so much fun to watch Chef J.P. in action. And such a great recipe. I can't say that I've ever tried to completely replicate one of Chef's meals, but I've incorporated many of his techniques, and I've improved my cooking immensely. So thanks, Chef! And don't worry about the length of your videos - there's no rush - cooking takes as much time as it takes. And I get so tired of TV chefs who show us how to start making a dish, and then all of a sudden it's done, without the kind of details that you, J.P. include in every video. Well done, as always!

OK, this one is being saved under my Chef Jean-Pierre special meal folder. Each year we go out with friends for a nice dinner, for the cost of one meal I can make this at home and have a great dinner party at my house! Just need to figure out what dessert to pair with it, maybe your chocolate lava cakes...just need to figure out the timing. Thank you so much for teaching me how to cook well, I've learned a ton from you over the years.

I love short videos. They leave me more time to watch half an hour of Chef Jean-Pierre cooking wonderful meals! 🥳🎉 (in case my humor isn't clear, no need to change a thing chef!)
