What sets your channel apart from so many others is that you explain why things are happening... like the use of granulated garlic (don't want to burn fresh garlic)... Those "throw away lines" are so valuable to us home cooks. Thanks for doing this, absolutely the best channel on KZbin.

Rosemary is thick with oils now, unusual for it being so rainy but that are getting lots of sun too. My sage was real stinky too.

You know hash brown potatoes in Jersey diners are the 💥 They have to be crispy and browned, they have to have onions - no onions, no hash brown potatoes! And green/red pepper. Nothing stingy with the onions and peppers, either. Velveeta cheese makes a liquid Velveeta in a pouch called Liquid Gold. It's aMAzing! I cook my cornbread on the stove top, when done, I give it a 'flip' to brown the top then split it in half and layer cheese inside before putting it back together to melt... very much the same idea... it's wonderful.
