My dear followers; we roll our borek, put it in the freezer, when a guest arrives, we take it out immediately, slice it and put it in the oven. That's just it!
Ingredients List:
3 phyllo dough
1 cup of yogurt
1 teacup of oil
2 eggs
3 tablespoons apple or grape vinegar
5 boiled potatoes
100 g cheddar or mozarella cheese
100 g feta cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Sesame
Black Seeds
Preparation:
Add yoghurt, oil, egg, vinegar, salt and pepper into the mixing bowl and whisk. If you don't have yogurt, you can make it with milk. We lay the dough on the counter. We spread our sauce. We put 3 phyllos on top of each other and sauce each layer. Then grate the potato. Add salt, pepper and paprika to it. We grate the cheeses. Pour the remaining sauce over it. We bring it together with the sauce without leaving any place dry. We wrap our dough as I show in the video. Cut it in half and wrap it in stretch film. We put it in the freezer. We slice our hardened pastry and arrange it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle sesame and black cumin on top. We bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. We had 27 pastries in total. After it cools down a bit, we take it to the serving plate. Enjoy your meal!
