I cant over-emphasize how IMPORTANT this channel is for people who love food and cooking. Not to undermine others, but I have found a lot of channels to be just about quick cooking and instant gratification. Ranveer paaji actually makes us fall in love with the 'story' (although why he has stopped giving a background of the recipes, I am not sure).
