I really love all your recipes nd all the techniques and science and history of indian food that you explain ❤😊 beside Kolkata style chowmin , we bengalis love our Bengali home style chowmein which is very simple and basic but tooo delicious mainly done with onion, potato , ginger garlic paste , turmeric pwdr , green chilis , fried peanuts ,egg and ofcourse chowmein , some time we use Bhaja moshla as well , you must try it. It often used to be our tiffin menu but its an emotion which we bengali carry hope you wll like it

Tel garam kro Adarak lasun ka paste Jeera , meetha neem , pyaaz , and aaloo Aalooo ke Pak Jane pe baki saari sabji Iske upar Namak , haldi , mirch , dhaniya powder and Maggie masala bhi. Thoda fry kr k Snacks sause , green chilli sauce, and tomato sauce daal k Mila do Then Boiled chowmin ko isme mix kr do Mix it well then eat ❤
