Authentic recipe and explanation Ranveer. For deep fried kababs we dip it in egg and then fry. Also adding some lemon juice after grinding gives it a good flavour. This is how we traditionally make at home

Nostalgic Chef. Reminds me of my late mom and you showed this recipe in the month of Ramadan- bohat saari purani yaadein aagayi. Similar recipe - no curd, no bone (while boiling) and no onions later. Well ab to main vegetarian hoon, but I still drooled and had a flashback🙏

I like you because you give all the authentic Indian recipes. Sometimes keeping the recipes basic dadi Nani wali is more tasty and healthy instead of putting 18 19 masalas and altering the original recipes . So much logic given as to why. Very logical answers. I was looking for this strechiness in kababs, which was always present in all home cooked kababs by my friends friends mother when I was younger; Whenever I cooked Shami kabab I could never get that streachy meet feeling and finally now I know why; we need to use whole meat instead of mince and this kabab looks , feel exactly the same as I have been dreaming off for a ages. Even though, this is a lenghty affair but I am already commited to get this done coming weekend. Thank you for sharing this wonderfull recepie, as almost all of the recepies on youtube showing kababs use minced meat while meat with bone is the MONOPOLLLY for this treat.
