Thank you chef.. my first comment on your channel. Though I have been watching your videos for more 4-5 years now. Its always lovely to watch your videos and learn cooking from a whole new angle. There are just too many things I have learnt watching your videos for so many years which has really improved my cooking as well. I do have a request, will it be possible for you to make a recipe with country chicken ( desi murga) ? I think that is something which I miss when I look at your so many videos. I generally cook country chicken more or less like mutton because of the texture and hardness of the meat. But, would like to see how you cook country chicken. Thanks in advance.
