Chef, gumagawa po ako nyan every Christmas, and I really use authentic ingredients including the savoiardi or ladyfingers, the mascarpone cheese because it's much, much lighter than cream cheese kahit na mahal and marsala wine, na may kamahalan din. And I include really fresh eggs---yung yolks at whites, bago yung heavy cream o whipping cream. Medyo maraming sangkap pero yun ang tunay, at espresso talaga ang coffee na ginagamit ko. Dutch system lang ang pinipili ko sa chocolate powder for dusting at the end, kasi masarap naman din siya. Talagang masarap kung materiales fuertes, total minsan lang ginagawa. But of course, the abridged version is okay, too, even without the eggs since some people don't like to risk eating raw eggs. Watching your video makes me want to make some for Valentine's Day, as well, pero, yung simple version na lang din. Happy Valentine's Day, Chef!

Kaya love ko manood ng vids ni chef RV, kasi lagi siya nagbibigay ng alternative unlike sa iba na stick talaga sa ingredients. Understandable dahil cguro chef sila or amything pero sa mga ordinaryong tao lang at least may alternative. Hindi pa boring ung cooking show niya ❤

Wow this really looks easy to make, I've been watching all your videos and using all your recipes. My daughter who went to the Le Cordon Bleu California Culinary Academy is my taster and she's amazed and said "for a person who never baked before (me) can bake so good". Thank you Chef for making me a cook and baker now that I'm retired. I just found out that my late grandfather was from Binan Laguna too. You're the best!
