I’ve eaten at Hell’s Kitchen before and I can say that what people see is a very small margin. The edits make it seem like he’s yelling all day but in reality it’s a couple of times (on an average day) but I’ve seen other where the wait really comes to play but like I said on an average day I’d say it’s not too bad

Mark because they’re amateur chefs trying to cook for a 4 star restaurant. If someone works their hands at a particular style or type of food, jumping into a new field isn’t always the easiest, even if they went to school for it. You’re learning a brand new menu every few days. Like that one lady said she never even cooked red snapper before. Bad for a chef but you don’t know these people’s backgrounds. I haven’t watched in a while, but there was always people that weren’t trained chefs in the past too.
