Chef it is ingenious...smart actually..now easy to make baklava...it is very small so one can put whole piece in mouth and feel burst of flavors...Chef pls tr to reply sometimes it feels good ...we can't talk to you but we can connect to you like this way ...so try once in awhile..

He is an absolute legend for Indian cooking. Without Vineet Bhatia there would be no Sanjeev Kapoor, no Vikas Khanna, Kunal Kapoor, no Garima Arora or any renowned Indian chef. Indian cooking was looked down upon in the west. Vineet Bhatia MBE changed it.
