Stayed in the Meatpacking District a couple of years ago, I stayed in a quirky hotel called The Jane. It is very old and historic, they actually took some of the Titanic survivors to stay there back in the day. Also nearby is The Whitney museum which is fantastic. I live in London, so watching your NYC videos brings back happy memories of my holidays in the city!

Nice video, but you should identify the neighborhoods by the streets and avenues they encompass. You could outline on a map before you start your tour.

It’s not a subway platform when it’s in the air it’s a train trestle which ran 10th Ave., right past my grandparents apartment. My grandfather was a yard master in the Hudson yards living at the building at 508 W. 29th St., his entire life I remember sitting at the window and driving the train over the Trussell of 10th Ave., and we would run to see that our grandfather was about to park the train and walk home where we waited his arrival

The high line was an elevated railway line not a subway. The elevated trains or L trains run above the ground. The subway trains run in tunnels underground. Ask a New Yorker if you don’t know these nuances about nyc. 😂
