@@LeroyzkiSmithsonian it doesn’t actually it takes 4 people … the 2 players involved and the respected club official all 4 need to accept for it to happen not just 2 … lukaku wants to go back to Italy to Napoli and Napoli need to get shot of VO because they can’t afford his huge wages , they gave him a new contract last year with mega wages and a release clause of around €140m in hope a big club would come in for him in the transfer window and trigger that release clause , it hasn’t happened and now they kinda checkmated themselves , VO also wants to move to the premier league , it could all be a easy deal to make aslong as VO reduces his wages his asking from Chelsea

I had reservations about the Osimhen deal considering the price tag and risk that he might flop in EPL. But now this recent arrangement of a loan and option to buy + Lukaku reducing the release clause makes it better. Gives us Osimhen for a road test and then we can talk later. If Boehly can pull this off then all his sins are forgiven😅
