Love this style of vlogging and how you love doing ordinary life with your family! I can totally relate to feeling so depressed and irritable between ovulation and your period and your period being a relief! That happened to me after having two kids. It can sometimes be caused by heavy metal build up in your body. I started taking chlorophyll daily and that helped me. Also, look into pro-metabolic lifestyle, specifically Wild + Well-Fed. Their course has helped me so much!

I think you mean to use the word “slather”. Lather refers to a product sudsing up, like you lather shampoo or soap. Slather means to apply heavily.
