Im dealing with pannick attacks since i dont have family support or friends since i got ill, but mentally ill, any tips when having a severe pannick attack/anxiety?

Deep breathing - warm green tea , meditation , music ( dancing ) taking a walk - Medication if needed . I’ve had panic attacks my whole life ( I’m now 64 ) and just lost my partner 5 days ago . I feel your pain . Hang in there . Find a place where you feel safe . For me it’s my bedroom - snuggled in a blanket . ❤

Look into cayenne pepper. I use 1/3tspn under my tongue and it stops an oncoming panic attack in it's tracks. It doesn't work for everyone, but worth a try to see. Read up on it first. If you don't like hot stuff, it might be a bit much to handle.
