I just started learning Chen Tai Chi a few weeks ago under Master Jimmy Dong. I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner and am looking to add an internal martial art in to complement it. Already I feel more supple and relaxed while grappling. Your videos are amazing! Thank you 🙏

This is Chen style 18 form, one of the more recent Chen style short forms to be developed. It contains the same foundations as the longer Chen forms, so martial applications still apply, but due to its short length, it's said to be good for keeping up regular practice for health benefits -- this is what I've gathered from researching the different styles, as I don't currently practice this form myself. My advice would be to check out Master Ping's website, as he has plenty of videos discussing the styles and forms he teaches.
