The first part with the John Cougar song Small Town , when you see the lady holding the child on the black car , that is me and my Mom . The picture of the Emerson Electric Badge is my Dad and he is also in another picture at the courthouse . Someone else made a video called Memories of Bennettsville years later by Carolina Tony , that one is not mine . He is from Cheraw and we have corresponded before . I don't know why he named his the exact name as mine , he could have changed the title a little bit .

My hometown is Bennettsville , but I spent a lot of time in Cheraw in high school in 1984 and 1985 . Dated a few girls there and Chesterfield and Wallace .

I graduated in 1985 , the last year of the Bennettsville Green Gremlins now the Marlboro County Bulldogs .

There's currently (Feb. 2021) a home for sale on McCaskey Rd. that I wouldn't mind owning. I'm tired of Connecticut and am browsing real estate listings in NC and SC.

I like Cheraw . It's a nice clean little town and everyone I met there over the years were nice . I grew up in Bennettsville , but ran around Cheraw a lot of weekends in high school .

Actually I stopped there to go to the bathroom and call some friends to let them know I was in Cheraw . I do love the Country Fried Steak Biscuit and Country Ham Biscuit though . I always get when I come to visit . We have Carl's Jr in Las Vegas , but they don't do either one of those biscuits , only sausage and bacon and burritos . I also stopped at Walmart to get me 2 different Carolina Gamecock shirts for about $7 each , can't beat that . I went around for most of the day , this is just all I filmed driving .
