Here is a vibrant visual narrative born from my journey through Brainspotting over the years. Over the course of the last 10 years, I have experienced transformative visualizations that guided my healing process. Each vision revealed intricate aspects of my inner self and the guardians who aided my healing. Partnering with a talented artist, we translated these vivid inner landscapes into a compelling piece of art. This collaborative creation encapsulates the essence of my healing journey, celebrating the multifaceted nature of my identity and the protective forces that have shepherded me along the way. I will be using all this information to share with others as I create a Brainspotting Training called: Posttraumatic Growth: Brainspotting & Parts RoadMap to Liberation to share what I know about my and my client's inner landscapes.
