Wow! They punish you for being unemoployed. And, learning the history of the Kim family is more important than learning math. That's crazy. I'm glad you got out of there.

Very enlightening video of things and life inside North Korea that many people don't know about. To have your life chosen for you is unimaginable not to mention the clothes you wear and everything else you do is controlled by the regime. Thanks for sharing!

I hope you can find some comfort in knowing you are doing the best you can for people in need, im so proud that the world has people as strong as you and those who helped you. You deserve every bit of happiness that comes your way, make the beautiful life you deserve. And at the very end i bet you will all meet again in the afterlife because its okay.. We all will go there at some point even science has proved that beautiful phenomenon. Im just a viewer but i wish you enjoy your life with pride and joy.

It’s not socialism or communism, they are a racist dictatorship, the USSR wasn’t either, there has not been a single nation that is communist in history, the closest ones are places like Finland, Sweden, Norway. Hell even Canada and the UK are far closer to Socialism than most countries. I don’t have a political leaning, but I certainly can see the US is not a fair place, people die waiting for medical treatment 😂 you pay thousands of dollars for life saving Medicine that I can go and get right now for free. The homeless are left to die on skid row, your elections are pick 1 of 2 terrible options every 4 years, your military spent billions of your hard earned money just to lose to the Taliban and strengthen western hatred in the Arab world, I could go on for a very long time about about the steep collapse of the US but I’m tired and need to sleep, when the US gains self awareness let me know yeah?

I just found out your channel, love it, I am also a Romanian living in UK, reminds me of the ex-comunist Romania before 89 , luckily I was born in 94 but my parents told me horrible same kinda stories about those crazy times, I would never be able to live in a comunist/dictatorship regime aswell , I'd rather run away and risk it all than living like that.

i have a genuine question, which i hope you answer ! i am disabled and part of the LGBTQ+ and i’m native american and a women…. i wonder, how would it be for someone like me to live in north korea ?
@Elfmunchkin3
@Elfmunchkin3 Жыл бұрын
In North Korea, there is no diversity of race, so your nationality is irrelevant. People with disabilities are sent to labor camps, where they most often do not survive for very long. LGBT, also, are sent to political prison camps, since it is against the law. North Korea is not systemically anti-woman, although women do have it harder due to the overall difficulty of a decrepit society, and also because marital abuse is quite common, and women are not protected against it.

When you are suffering from traumatic experiences isn’t therapy one of the first things recommended? Where you go talk about it? In general the best way to deal with a problem is not to ignore it.

@Elfmunchkin3

My friend, this is not Cherie's therapy, this is her rebellion. This is a fight. The North Korean regime wants to keep themselves a secret, and Cherie is not going to let them. She, like other brave North Korean defectors, are speaking out to tell the whole world what is happening, to show the deadly dangers of a socialist society. There can be no societal change if we all remain in the dark. The more Cherie shares her experiences with the world, the more people will know the evils of North Korea, and the more enemies the North Korean regime will have. We should all be enemies of the North Korean regime. Her voice is one of her most powerful weapons.
