What if the Nintendo DS had a Mii Maker? (oh wait it does!)

I made a Mii Maker evolution video about 2 months ago and someone pointed out to me that the original DS in fact DOES also have a Mii Maker through a Japanese exclusive game called Tomodachi Collection. Here is full, high quality footage of the DS Mii Maker!

One day, I hope to try out Tomodachi Collection out of curiosity, just to see where it all began. I spent way too much time on Tomodachi Life during its heyday, so much that I bought two copies to create a separate files.

The only game released overseas to have a DS Mii maker is Personal trainer Walking. Tomodachi collection never released in the states tragically

This is true, although it's difficult to play the game on emulator without the Activity Meter.

Never knew there was a Mii Maker for the DS until now. Now I'm wondering if Nintendo considered putting the Mii Maker into the DSi/DSi XL at one point, even if it wouldn't serve much purpose for any other game besides this one.

There is one in Yosuke Ide no Kenkou Mahjong DSi.

It's not a standalone Mii Maker. It's from a Japanese game called Tomodachi Collection.

Tomodachi Collection is insanely underrated. It's such a great game, but nobody knows about it. On the emulator, i spent hours just looking at my "spitting image".

This is Tomodachi Collection it came out in 2009 for Japan. But there's a english version where you can create your Mii in Personal Trainer: Walking. It came out Japan first but they also release it for America & Europe.

Yeah there are a few DS games which have it. Other than the mentioned Tomodachi Collection and Personal Trainer Walking, Kuruma de DS and Yosuke Ide no Kenkou Mahjong DSi have one as well.

@@mguymario Unfortunately apparently Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time while it has Mii support only connects to the Wii and doesn't have a Mii Maker.
