Cherry Upside Down Cake!

A super summery fun upside down cake!
Caramel:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp butter
Cake:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 baking powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche, yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup milk
Cherries halved and pitted

Hailee, you can also set the cherry on the top of a soda pop bottle and, use a straw to push the pit right out and into the bottle. Faster, and pretty tidy too! 🙂
