A classic but always works: balsamic vinegar, honey, add half olive and half rapeseed oil, sea salt and black pepper. Should be really sharp with the vinegar, SO addictive. Chicken looks great lads, love the channel.

Montreal is a great food city with many cultures coming together to make their culinary mark on the city. Architecturally the city has French/British influence in the old city. Many ppl speak French so it gives you that “out of US” vibe, however not so intimidating because most people are bilingual.

Favorite live performance has got to be Styx at NJPAC, back in like 2017, or maybe 2018? We were poor grad students living in Newark, it was a surprise for my then bf (now husband), he loved it!! We had such a great time and they were amaaaazing.

My fave calm chef's show. That food looks so delish. I love really garlicky caesar dressing, its my fave. My favorite live performance was Pink. She did aerial work and floated around the arena and waved at everyone.
