When trying to destroy an opening, your channel is the first that comes to mind. Using your line against the French and now gonna use this one. I came here because I also have a lot of problems with the d4 pawn in the normal variation, after they long castle I always lose quickly.

Hello Mr. Perunovic! This video really helped me a lot. I have a request; can you please update the 6...Bg4 line? My opponents never play Bh5, but Be7. This ultimately ends my knowledge for this opening. Thanks once again!

Thanks 😊 I have a request too, whoever wants all these refutations against Scandi, and much more than that over 300 lines - go and get Butcher the Scandinavian, my latest Chessable course!

I played the scandinavian defense back in 2000 to 2004 and had great success, now I guess more people know how to play against it

True. I love playing against it especially after learnig fron Mio's videos. The same for Smith-Morra gambit!

7:36.. I know it is after rarely seen 8..Nbd7? but 9.Nb5 can be delayed due to better move 9.g4 where black can choose 2 bad options 9.Bg6 folowed by f4 and 9.b5 folowed by Nxb5 for free

Dear @Miodrag, I like a lot your videos and your explanations, (original 💙) attacking ideas etc 😊 I have one feedback though: when watching your opening suggestions one may end up keeping the idea that the opposing color is doomed to be dominated... Instead almost always with smart and correct play each color can be equal or at least having a playable position in almost every opening. Then my question/suggestion would be to indicate also which are the most sensible moves by defending player, in other words the best lines, those which are most difficult to face and expressing an assessment of the situation after good play from both sides :-)
@MiodragPerunovicOfficial2 жыл бұрын
I will take that advice! Thanks 😊
@Inibur2 жыл бұрын
@@MiodragPerunovicOfficial for instance, at move 8 for Black you considered ...h5 and ...e6. Neither of them is among the top 3 suggestions of Stockfish 9, and in the first minutes none of them was among the first 6-7 suggestions of the same 🤔 (this is not a critic, just a consideration 😉)

Thank you for this, your channel is amazing ! What do you think about the Portugese variation (e4 d5 exd5 Cf6) ? Is it playable or dubious ?

Thanks a lot Vincent B! My channel is educational and quite serious in terms of openings. Speaking of Skandinavian Portuguese, I promise 7 videos about all those variations for black, it’s fantastic opening for black! So, be around and keep waiting, you will like analysis in Skandi Portuguese 😉
