terrific. Hope you expand on this as several alternative ways white can go are still there to be explored.

At 3:26 White can play Nf6+ instead of Nc7, which black should avoid taking with the queen.Please keep that in mind. If Nf6+ then Ke7 is the only reply. Your trap works only if white plays Nc7+. Thanks

Great video as always :) 11:23 Question, after Rc8, what will happen if white takes the rook Bxc8 also threatening the Bd7?
@bigblack1115
@bigblack1115 5 жыл бұрын
After 1...Rc8, if 2. Bxc8 occurs, that bishop will no longer control d3 square which black is going to exploit with 2...Qd3+ 3. Ke1 Bd2+ 4. Kf2 (if 4. Kd1 then 4...Be3+ 5. Ke1 Qd2+ 6. Kf1 Qf2#) 4...Be3+ 5. Kg2 (If 5. Kf3 or 5. Kg3 then black can at least win the queen with 5...Bb6+, or if 5. Ke1 is played, then 5...Qd2+ 6. Kf1 Qf2# is checkmate) 5...Qe4+ 6. Kf1 (6. Kg3 leads to 6...Qg4#) 6...Qf3+ 7. Ke1 Qf2+ 8. Kd1 Qd2#.

7.00 what if pawn to b5. Isnt the king defended. If Pawan is taken then bishop takes back. Can't take with queen because Knight is protecting. King can now castle easily

The scholar's mate is such a cheap trap and no one falls for it
@FunnyAnimatorJimTV
@FunnyAnimatorJimTV 5 жыл бұрын
Here is one: 1.e4 e5 2.Qh5 Nc6! (defending e5 pawn) 3.Bc4 g6 4.Qf3 Nf6 5.Qb3 Nd4! 6.Bxf7+? Ke7 7.Qc4 b5! And the bishop on f7 will be taken next move :) If white plays 2.Qf3 instead then you can always block the queen from taking f7 with Nf6. Remember to concentrate on your development and don't worry about cheap queen movements by your opponent- stay calm and defend the threats while developing :)

1:18 what if bishop captures knight on f3 ?
@SpeedyMemes
@SpeedyMemes 4 жыл бұрын
I summarized this from a book: after the bishop takes you take back with the pawn to prevent fork, then white knight moves to a3 and you play f5. from here your opponent is likely to develop his bishop to c4 or e2. c4 is better, if Bc4, then play Qg5 hitting the pawn, then after either Rg1, g3, or O-O, play Be6 and you have a very strong position (white likely makes mistakes and is losing -0.94 according to stockfish). if Instead of Bc4 earlier for white, white plays Be2 you take on e4, Nxe4, and you play Be6, the idea being that you prepare d5 to hit the night and then take on a3, doubling and isolating white's pawns. and at some point stick ur knight on d4 if there's a white night on c3 blocking the c-pawn.

Again, Qe4 is, if not checkmating immediately, winning. After taking the check and taking the bishop, all is lost.
