Aravindh Chithambaram recently was a name that everyone was speaking about when he won the Chennai Grand Masters 2024. Well, the youngster once again was in news when he beat GM Hikaru Nakamura at the World Blitz 2024. SUPER GM ARAVINDH's level of chess play is phenomenal. Here in Brazil, we players from the outskirts of cities have a great appreciation for Indian GMs. Nakamura's pride and the humility of the Indian athlete who, at the end of the match, is questioned by Nakamura (visibly nervous) and who makes no bones about arranging the pieces, leaving everything for Aravindh to do, is incredible. Yes, you got it right. Discipline and being grounded will keep the mind sharper for longer. There is a reason all our learner’s are taught discipline, respect and humbleness by example. We have this saying in India - అన్నీ ఉన్న విస్తరి అణిగి మణిగి ఉంటుంది, ఏమీ లేని విస్తరి ఎగిరెగిరి పడుతుంది . Gist : the more a person learns the more he is humbled, the rude and hot headed people have mostly just started something and hasn’t got deep into any subject. So, a student or a person’s credibility in India is recognised by his behaviour how he approaches his occupation/ subjects/ work. Hope that helps in recognising the behavioural traits.

Magnus seems to hate Indians, not him. He says all Indian chess players are into memorization and calculations. Magnus loves telling the world that Vishy never had innovative ideas, and youngsters have no understanding/intuition of the game, not Hikaru. Hikaru seems to appreciate some as well. Magnus should be beaten by an Indian before his peak is gone for him to change his thinking and shut up.

Case 1 : if knight moves d5, then bishop g2 takes knight d5 and you can't recapture the bishop d5 with bishop c4 as rook c8 is hanging. Case 2 :if knight a6 then bishop b7 attacking both rook and knight,if you save the rook c8 by moving to c7 then bishop b7 takes knight a6 you can't recapture it with bishop c4 as rook c7 is hanging. Case 3 : if knight moves c6 then simply bishop c4 hanging. No other possibilities of knight moving.
