It kinda makes sense for the coaster manufacturer to be Intamin. Their train designs are pretty blocky and square, which would make for really cool minecarts!

The immersive dark ride doesn't look like tea cups to me, it looks like the Intamin ride system just used for Danse Macabre at Efteling. Which if the main ride is an intamin family launch - would make sense that Merlin would get a package deal?
