They should make a series like this about nutrition, how calories,proteins and such work with the body to build muscle.
@MalikMaximus10 жыл бұрын
The funny thing I realized is that because of how important that is and how difficult that is to grasp they rather you pay for that info lol

videos like these are what we should be seeing in our anatomyn class's in high school. the way they try to educate us is ridiculous, i learn so much more when they link it to something interesting like bodybuilding.
@mrroo96589 жыл бұрын
+nick robes well not every one is interested in bodybuilding. Why should the educational program cater exclusively to you lol
@IRIT6209 жыл бұрын
+mrroo96 I bet if they take a survey, ppl would be more interested to learn anatomy this way, most boys do like bodybuilding, and well, girls can take a peek at a man build like the guy in the video for scientific reasons!! I guess it would only suck for lesbians and for gay men it would be a soft porn :D

A good coach doesnt mean he loves the sport and train by himself. Looks most olympics trainers. Everyone has different goal, some like to help others, some like to achieve

+Magnus M Very true, Im a personal trainer and all my clients do weights while i train on gymnastic still rings. Everyone has different goals and you should know how to cater to their goals without having your own biased views.
@kw121311 жыл бұрын
I gotta say this whole built by science series is really well done. The presenter is good , using a real life model is good and the visuals for the different muscles are accurate and clear. Often with anatomy charts you don't get a clear visualization of muscles that overlap or are on top of each other, but this was well done.
@MagnusMas9 жыл бұрын
He is training so right, i am a runway male model, and i only start training with underhand wide grip of pulldown/pullup, and for chest always incline bench, never bench press first. This is how u build your body by science and hit the most amount of muscle wisely. Its better than those who hit gym for year. And also make it really slow and mind control that muscle group to engage withthe joint movements.
@the_DOS9 жыл бұрын
+Magnus M Why underhand pulldown?
@MagnusMas9 жыл бұрын
+mike dikie thats because of proportion. a standard proportion for modeling, and also that hit up more muscle in your back.

***** he looks average for a scholar, he may not be muscular but neither is he fat nor skinny. Just because he enjoys learning anatomy and physiology doesn't mean he wants to be a body builder himself. Meanwhile most gym regulars I came across have minimal understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, they just follow workout plans from online sources or their PTs.
@Moonrise3619 жыл бұрын
***** I think your eyes are misleading you. You have to be able to see even if his clothes are covering him . To me,the trainer appears to be in very good shape actually. I think he must look good in shorts at the beach. I personally find the guy training a little too big. But I think he has a purpose in training and so his training is surely more intense because of that. He is not a regular guy just training to be in shape (or is he? ..maybe ).... Anyway, to look healthy and firm with muscle definitions, you don't have to be so big to look good. Maybe it is a question of taste though.
