One leg Side Hip extension is great for improving balance, coordination, strengthening your legs and abdominals and increasing flexibility. We do it at the wall to give us more stability so we can focus on improving our posture and alignment during the exercise.
It is advisable before you do this stretch that you have warmed your body up already as it is a deep stretch.
Always consult with your medical practitioner before you start doing any new exercises.
