Really appreciate the quick warm-up. Would love to see workouts with longer work intervals. With short intervals, if I use too little weight, I can't work the muscle enough, but with too much weight, it's hard to keep proper form. Thanks for putting together this challenge!

Really like your videos, I have osteoarthritis in both hips and lunges and squats are out for me. Could you add a few alternatives for those exercises? That would be great!

Appreciate the little warm up at beginning, I always miss them out normally. Another great workout thanks. I quite like it that there is no music as we all like different tunes. You may not appreciate me listening to slipknot etc.

I’m good with slipnot all day! I jam to rock or metal of some sort during my own workouts. Occasionally some hip hop too but mostly early 2000s if I do.

I love how much efforts you guys put out to share variety of exercises.. a small request on your timer sound, it is very piercing kind of sound and shrieks into ears badly.. could you please change if possible 🙏
