sorry again, if you have to choose what would be the best and the most complete legs exercises? My goal isnt to have big legs, just aesthetics and athletics. (if is needed i also have a pair of 22 lbs db)

Hi thanks for the question and no need to apologize. I suppose it depends on how much time you have. If you only have a short time I recommend doing the 10 minute squat jumps or 10 minute split jumps. I have several videos on this channel demonstrating them. I would recommend doing it once per week and increasing the number every week by one repetition per minute. I also really like the walking lunge. If you have a nearby park you can go set a distance and lunge walk. Increase the distance each week and keep track of how long you take. I started small on this about 100 yards and increased to about 1 mile each week.
