I've send this video to my wife she is battling gravity at 59... for outsiders it looks like an obsession but for us it's a way of life.. we have been the gym for decades. And will be training untill we're dead 😊 it's just like brushing your teeth.

Erin, is the most knowledgeable person I have been following for years, I was in my best shape health but due to my son passing away now 10 month , I completely lost it . I have been listening to so many Podcast about weight lose , diets and all sorts . But Than I remembersed why am I wasting my time, I have been training with Erin for years (since Erin was 24 years old) , Lets get back, my son is in my heart and nothing can bring him back but I have to stay health and mental fit as on one will look after me.

At 55 I do train my chest. Now I can do those incline push-ups that looked impossible when Erin showed it here. It doesn’t take much for me… and my whole chest is much younger looking. It helps to strengthen the obliques and AB’s too… I find. Thank you Erin for sharing.

Your channel taught me how to control my results in the gym and I am grateful. I decided to build a chest not knowing I would actually pull it off, and I did it easily with your channel. I always would loose my boobs with body fat loss in the past. Your a blessing Erin for real. I feel so much more confident because I look more sexy and feminine and I needed that because I refused to go the plastic route.

Hi Erin, always enjoy your videos, straight to the point and it's helped me a lot. The first excersise, it resembles a shoulder press more so than an upper chest movement to me, but maybe it's just how it looks rather than how it feels

So true. I had implants 10 plus years ago. The pain was terrible. Before implants at the gym I did 100 situps on the bench. I couldn't do that anymore

If I understand this right these exercises working the upper chest is suppose to pull/ lift the lower chest. I lifter my lower chest before but only did HIIT classes and some tabata workouts.

I have new tiny implants so I'm still pretty small though not flat chested anymore and luckily no longer need a lift..mine are under muscle. 3 months post op and I'm hesitant to train the chest and displace the implants.

It is good to be hesitant in this case! You need to ask your surgeon when it is ok to start weight training again.

I am no where near a body builder or fit but I struggle to get myself to the gym or workout. Since this looks like a great workout and as we women age it’s important that we firm up the chest area. How do you prevent yourself from losing your breast completely? I get nervous about doing chest exercises because I am afraid that I am going to lose my breast completely.

Doing strength training for the chest builds up the muscles underneath the breast tissue. This is a good thing! These are the muscles that support and lift up the breasts. Muscle does not evaporate your breasts! The only way you will lose some breast tissue is by doing too much cardio exercise, which leads to overall body fat loss. Try to keep your cardio and weight training sessions balanced, and even doing more weight training than cardio is ideal!
