excellent video erin. very comprehensive. i did an upright row using the rope for the first time this week. Felt different muscle groups hit. law of attraction.

Martial artist speak of path of inefficiencies and not supersetting them. So I tried the decline bench because it had to be inefficient but unusual my lord, it was surreal because it felt like it’s super efficient and I’m finally educated. 😅

when I do m,y dips my fingers are facing away from my body and not towards my toes. I do this as I have always had shoulder problems and by moving my hands so the fingers face east and west it puts less pressure on my shoulders, but now I am thinking, am I doing this incorrectly?
