Three-way tie - him, Taft, and Lincoln. Each of these three had a facial hair style that was uniquely his own among all presidents, so they're my top choices in that category!

Arthur is the second most underrated president in US history (the most underrated was Taft). It takes a lot of courage to eliminate the very group that you yourself are a product of!

A survey was done based on how many people could name each president, and it would measure the percent of people who named the figure. Chester A Arthur was the lowest at 7%

Fun fact: Arthur worked to lower some tariffs (to help the economy), which was unusual for republicans at the time; he vetoed pork-barrel spending; carried out Garfield’s civil service reform; and had an appropriately restrained foreign policy. Though his signing of a Chinese immigration exclusion act was wrong, though something the majority in the country were pushing for sadly.

I truly believe the Chinese Exclusion Act wasn't Arthur's fault. He was fundamentally against it and if he flat out refused to sign any bill like it, congress would have overridden his veto anyway and their relationship would have been completely soured which is a bad thing. So he was pretty much forced to compromise by cutting down the ban from 20 years to 10 years which can be seen as admirable

I love this man he’s underrated He signed civil service and Improved the navy he also ended the spoil system, recognized Korean independence. Fought segregation redecorated the White House and he stopped wasteful spending and vetoed the Chinese exclusion act I am a supporter of tariffs but I drag him down for lowering tariffs (which I support), I also partially love the spoil system but not as much. He signed the Chinese exclusion act, banned criminals and poor people from the US.

I think it should be investigated if the American states now and then are legislated with the Bible written as a story. The word immunity (Latin immunitas, freedom from obligations to the state) comes from a religious revelation from the middle ages, most likely from a pope to become lawless, and which has since been rewritten into sovereign, absolute, and qualified immunity (legally, cannot be prosecuted for criminal act) to the president, senate (origin, the Roman Empire), congress, cabinet, and Supreme Court for law decisions and actions. The political exploitation of the vital ecosystem has led to forest death, how will that affect people's economy, etc? I also think The Democratic party can be a consciously misleading party name with all parties belonging to The Republican party, as current political democracy and socialism can only be about going more toward the middle, eg. The Democrats for law decisions and actions, even with the misleading word professional politician. Furthermore, I think the people should consider voting for a real democratic party with an independent state formation to investigate if the president, parties, senate (origin, the Roman Empire), congress, cabinet, and Supreme Court overall may be guilty of a violation of democratic rights with misleading elections, economic crimes, violation of human rights with class society for adults and children, and serious environmental crime (force majeure).
