I agree with you so much. For me some bands don't work without the singer's voice. For me, Chester's voice was such a powerful unique instrument that making a Linkin Park album without him just doesn't make sense. Also, I don't think I can listen to Emily for a whole album. On the live stream I immediately noticed Rob and Brad missing, I was kind of confused. I will give Emily a chance. However, how the band views Scientology is what concerns me. I am very well informed on the "Church of Scientology" and have many concerns regarding this organization. One is the denial of some medicine and sciences. The denial of psychiatry is a problem as well as how they view mental illness. The way children are treated is concerning and I could expand. Emily is a scientologist and if she isn't I believe she needs to speak up. She attended a preliminary hearing for the Masterson Trial and has yet to apologize/address specifically for showing support for him. Emily did not apologize to "Danny's" victims. She did talk of all victims. These are distinguishable. Until I know Linkin Park's view of scientology, I will choose not to support them. If you don't already check out 'Growing up in Scientology' or 'Scientology, Life after a cult'.
