After watching that movie i think tony hawk was more of a sneaky bastard than a god. N if you think about it he always did great tricks but had no style other than being the lanky guy who looked like he was barely going to land pretty much every trick he did. The pappas brothers style was ridiculous... fluid, n bad ass. No offense to you atheists but thats prob why the devil snatched them up in true sid vicious fashion.

Stephen Loflin i was talking about their skating style, it was tony hawks character i was questioning since he is mr perfect. I agree with you murder sucks... so does getting hooked on heroin n doing god knows what else. Which was prob how he killed her in the first place. Just like alcoholics black out n crazy stuff happen. Have you ever heard the term "spirits"? I think there is something to all. With that said i, nor do i think god would hold him 100% accountable. Prison forever, yes... death or eternal damnation, no.

Stephen Loflin thanks Stephen. In the movie im pretty sure there was a contest in australia that hosoi competed against them. He was the "american skate star" there. Skating sure was weird n shady back then. I mean its prob shady now too but back then, with no internet... n just thrasher, transworld, skate vids n word of mouth. We really held these guys in such high regard (its kinda twisted to see the truth). Well i guess being 7-12 years old was a factor too lol. Its funny tho n i comment on it all the time but back then before the internet if you lived in bfe n you knew about any of this stuff you had to work for it. Info just didnt flow like it does now.
