Hi! Most welcome! The Chevening application process is different from the university application process. You have to do them separately. As soon as you submit your Chevening application essays, I recommend that you start applying with your chosen universities asap!

I applied to Chevening scholarships and selected 3 universities which I had already applied for, and selected the option ( yea I have already applied and my application is in process), but I applied to several universities. Now I received a conditional offer letter from one of the universities which I haven't included to those 3 universities which I have listed to Chevening. Now what should I do? how should I change it in my account and add that university which I have received an offer letter from? there is no option for changing the university list in the Chevening account. Please HELP ME, I don't wanna lose this chance.

Hi Tina! I am also a corporate lawyer and a Chevening applicant from Turkey! I have a question for you: Would it be a bad idea to apply for the General LLM programs? Because schools like UCL, King's College etc. don't have specific LLM programs like Renewable Energy. Since you said it is of great importance to have one theme, I got a little confused. I would appreciate it if you could guide me through this process. Thank you!

Nope, I know a Chevener who did the General LLM program at QMUL-so it is defensible. It’s fine as long as you can show how the specific modules you will take, although under a General LLM title, relate to your current theme and to your future career plans. Good luck!

You have to apply for your unconditional offer via the specific universities’ respective websites. :) I suggest you work on it right after you submit your Chevening essays. That’s what I did!
