Sure, will also depend type of paint you go with, but yes if you wanted to match the sheen, You definitely could!

C L R 2 kits of raptor liner so 8 bottles! we did 2 coats of it 👍🏼

Yes 4 bottles will do one full coat. 8 bottles for 2 coats. It’s a good idea to shoot base if you a doing a color change.

C L R ok, no primer required. Do give the paint a nice scuff to promote better adhesion.

Why didn't you mix up separate raptor colors instead of painting over the raptor liner? Just curious.

good observation! mixing a separate raptor color for the trim would have been ideal for longevity/durability of the finish, however the Owner did not want to take that extra step so a single stage base was applied. hope that clears up your curiosity.

you sanded the truck, then painted over it with the base coat.. then you raptor lines it.. you should have sanded again after you laid the base coat.

I have not come across any benefits by sanding base coat before applying raptor liner. Would you elaborate a bit on that?

Im sure they sprayed the raptor in the window where you can spray another coat without sanding. Just like you dont sand between coats or spraying clear.

Liner bonds pretty good, make sure you scuff it up real nice 👍🏼
