Chevy Colorado LT Redline Edition Owner's Review - 2018

In this video I will tell you why I chose a Chevy Colorado over other midsize trucks such as the Ford Ranger and Toyota Tacoma. I will also give you my pros and cons after driving it for almost half a year. I will then take you for a test drive in it.

To get rid of the oil light put the key in the ignition, turn it (but do not start) press the gas 3 times quickly, and a message should pop up on your display saying it’s resetting. I have to do that on my 2000 Silverado and my moms 2018. Should work. Great review flip!

i got a 2022 colorado redine edition on june 30th '22, it's got 82 miles on it so far, mines the 2wd, locking rear, black, just like yours, but my tail gate has chevrolet embossed and mine is newer,, looks just like your though , without the 4x4 sticker of course, traded in my '16 silverado 1500 z71 off road, i miss some of the bells and whistles of my silverado, but i'm liking my new colorado a lot, my wife likes it better, we only needed 4x4 in my silverado once, and that was due to getting faulty directions years ago to a place deep in the ocala national forest, it had rained earlier, ,, so part of a road was muddy, , but i'm liking my new colorado

Yeah I love the new tailgate on the Collies with the big emblem on the back. Looks sharp. 4 wheel drive (and all terrain tires) don’t get used as much people think!

My Super Bee is a BEAST ! With the 5.7 Hemi ~ It still get around 24 mpg on hyw, and city about 20 mpg. Which i say is EXCELLENT for a hot rod. I was going to buy a Colorado. but its under power for my needs. To pulling my 32' yacht or my RV trailer. That the only way to go in pickups, Chevy or GMC All a FORD is a ~ FIX OR REPAIR DAILY ! NICE PICKUP ! 👍👍👍

06 Dodge Super Bee 4 doors or no doors! I love the 4 doors on it. It look like a 2 door coupe. There tight, water, and noise proof, Easy to get into and out of the back seats I just about got a Colorado any way. i needed more power and a bigger truck So i got a Silverado 2500 fully loaded> i'am getting scared of the new dodges there getting to many recalls

@@fixitFlip Those V6s are awesome > Fords just looks good> that the only thing they got is LOOKS > They got to much bull shit on em like a VW a pain to work on. I think they put a engine on a chassis and build some thing around it he hee THERE NO WORKING ROOM a 2 hour water pump job, takes at less 8 hours! I go in and yank junk that not need on it OFF! throw it as far as i can ~ I hate FORDS and VWs

@@426superbee4 Ha ha, yeah, nothing worse that not being able to get to a dang part to replace it. I think you'll have lots of that fun with that Silverado. I've heard the same thing about the Rams. Look awesome but having some issues.

My 2018 Colorado has all the same options except I have Z71 and 17" black wheels. I've rebadged it with the redline badges on Kinetic Blue. Enjoy it. You can clear the Oil life monitor, I think its in the manual, if not lemme know.

Interesting the Z71 has smaller wheels than this one. Probably has the off-road wheels, though, I'm assuming. That badge on the kinetic blue sounds sharp. I will check the manual.

My colorado redline came with grey sidesteps. Should have been black doesn’t make sense I’m not sure if yours are black or not

Mine are black. That's interesting. Sounds like a custom add-on or something unless they are just kind of faded or something.

I like the Colorado but I do not like that it doesn’t have a push start button to start the engine and you have to put the key in the ignition and turn it. outdated.!

I agree with you 100%. My wife drives a Honda Odyssey and it has push button. I like that.
