I don’t know why but I’ve always been curious. When Victor says “that’s a daft women’s book” Is he saying that’s a book meant for “daft women” specifically? or his he saying Jack reading a women’s book (any women’s book) is daft in itself? I know it’s seems inconsequential, but these are the types of questions my brain stalls on....
