Flower Sweep Vs Pendulum Sweep (How & When To Use Them)

In today's video I answer a question about the Flower Sweep and Pendulum Sweep from Full Guard. I'll also show how I personally set them up and when I'll go for 1 over the other. These are 2 incredibly strong fundamental BJJ sweeps from full guard that can also be used for setups and other submissions.
Like any set of techniques in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu they're tools that need to be used at the right times.
Hopefully through the video you'll get a better idea at what these sweeps are, how they work, when to use them and how to set them up.
