Thank you so much for this recipe! It's definitely the best I've tested so far. If you allow me, after making it like 6 times, I tried a few changes along the way. The best version I've got so far uses 85 grams of flower, 55 grams of vegetable oil, 2 tsp of instant coffee, 120 grams of brown sugar and 70 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder. Plus, I added 1/2 tsp of grated nutmeg, which I find to leave a freshner sensation after you eat it. Thanks again for the recipe!

I tried another recipe which I wasn't a huge fan of. I tried your recipe a couple of weeks ago and my husband and I loved them! I'm pregnant and craved something chocolatey and I asked whether I should make brownies or cookies. My husband immediately said the brownies you made last time from the girl from New Zealand! He was especially delighted to hear your accent as he spent some time studying abroad there years ago. Haha so I'm making these brownies again right now; they are currently in the oven. I never comment on recipe videos because frankly I haven't found many that impressed me. But these brownies are very delicious and better the next day. Thank you so much!
@marinoguerrerolao76539 ай бұрын
Hello, just wondering if you really tried this recipe?!? It' s impossible for me to dissolve such an amount of sugar in just two large eggs.😢
@ariinthearctic9 ай бұрын
Yes, I followed the recipe and process exactly as it is in the video. I used an electric mixer as she did to whip the eggs and the white sugar. In the video she only whips the 1 cup of white sugar with the eggs so don't add the brown sugar to that mix. Only add the brown sugar to the chocolate and butter bowl as she did in the video. This is my go to recipe now so hopefully it works for you!

I made this and can i tell you how GOOD it came out. Oh my god i cant explain it , as an unexperienced 12 year old with a love for baking , all the recipes i have ever made apart from the classic sponge cake came out horrible . They seemed fine to me but others always told me it smells like baking powder or it is too sweet or too salty (especially my brownies) and im being completley honest . When i had to melt the cocoa powder with the butter , sugar , oil , coffee and vanilla , she said 20 second bursts so i thought the butter had to burst as in pop every 20 seconds so thats what i did but then my mixture came out all clumped up, covered in chocolate which i thought was sugar and so i mixed it for a while and put it back. It came out even worse so i obviously called my mum and she told me i basically cooked the butter and the clumps was the burning butter . I learnt that 20 second bursts means put it in the microwave for 20 seconds , stir it and another 20 seconds until i get my desired results . So i made the mixture again but i had only 53g of cocoa powder but it was okay cause i found some chocolate chips and melted them with the mixture . Then i followed the rest of the recipe thinking that it would be too sweet or maybe i haven't added enough chocolate chips . It came out AMAZING i took the brownies out but a specific part in the middle was really gooey as in raw but on google it said brownies actually continue baking after they get taken out the oven and it made sense to take my brownies out otherwise the sides and around the middle of the brownie would be over cooked . I took it out and in 30 minutes the rawness was gone and as i cut it the top had beautiful crinkles to it. I love these brownies and even with a lot of stress and mistakes it came out to be the best recipe I've made and the best brownies family has ever eaten . I will definetly make these again .(i didnt add the half a teaspoon of salt because i did it last time and my brownies ,according to my dad, came out salty) i just used salted butter

So so happy to hear you enjoyed the recipe and sounds like it was a great learning experience for you :D I'm sure with more practice you'll continue to improve your baking skills and become an outstanding baker! @CakesbyMK Жыл бұрын
@@lubnafathima7517 so glad to hear you and your family enjoyed the brownies Lubna! :) In terms of the stickiness/hard to chew, this shouldn't happen (the brownies should stay soft for days :D). It could be because of a few different reasons. Firstly, double check the sugar is measured correctly (I would recommend weighing ingredients if possible), secondly the brownies may have been baked at too high of a temperature, or the initial sugar/chocolate mixture may have been overheated. When sugar is heated at too high of a temperature it tends to harden when cooled down. Lastly, I would recommend using an aluminium tray for even heating when baking (incase you used something like a glass tray). Hope these help for next time :)

Omg this was bomb! I squealed with excitement after seeing the crinkly top. The last time I made brownies using another recipe, I was traumatized by how it failed. I finally found the recipe that works for me 😅

Aww yay! So glad you loved the brownies and got that beautiful crinkly top :D literally the best feeling ever haha! If you manage to find a spare minute I'd be so so grateful if you can kindly leave a review on my blog (if you haven't already), it really helps my content out :) Thanks so much for giving the recipe a go!

If anyone is willing or needing this, God is so good, I pray if you haven't made Him your Lord and Saviour you choose to do that today. Romans 10:9 says "If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Stay in repentance, we all are sinners the difference is there are sinners then there is saved sinners. God loves all and is waiting for His children to turn back to Him but time is coming to an end. God bless you all, grace, peace and love of the Lord be with you ❤

you are so disrespectful wtf, really? commenting this in a muslim woman video?
@theGreatnessofGOD1440 Жыл бұрын
@elump not disrespectful the comment GOD led me to post says "if anyone is willing or needing this". GOD led me to spread His Truth on every video I watch so I will and I won't let man stop me because they feel "offended a.k.a convicted"
@elump2829 Жыл бұрын
@@theGreatnessofGOD1440 who let you? god? leave this type of comments in your religious youtube, you don’t have to desacredite this girl’s religion
@theGreatnessofGOD1440 Жыл бұрын
@elump once again I'm not hurting anyone GOD led me to post this comment and He told me to put "those WILLING or needing this" for a reason. Now truly anyone who gets upset by this comment is just feeling conviction because I'm not forcing anything. This isn't a religious comment either because GOD is not religion. Lastly I'm free to comment whatever wherever just like anyone else. If it bothers you keep scrolling and ignore it like many other people have.

this recipe didnt work for me at all, leave alone all the extra hard work done to melt the butter n all.. it was a fail.. very sweet, felt as if i was eating only sugar coated chocolate and because of less flour it was crispy and too buttery.. for those who like their brownies a little more cakey shouldnt try this at all

Cakey? Tried this a week back and it was perfect. Fudgy, not too sweet, had a nice crinkle top. Everything I would basically want in a brownie. Did you follow the recipe properly?

OMG u r a genius.. I have tried couple of your recipes before like the strawberry cake and the lemon curd cupcakes.. all of them were fabulous.. but this BROWNIE ❤️ I even got the flaky layer right after following ur recipe .. u r the best ❤ My only problem was 22 minutes was not enough for it to bake fully.. it was too runny… maybe it’s my oven it’s different
