I made chewy glutinous rice cake with ripe persimmon.
Color only with persimmon without coloring,
Filled with whipped cream and soft persimmons, it's sweet and really delicious.

✤ Glutinous Rice Cake
- 200g Glutinous rice powder
- 230g Soft persimmon
- 30g(3Tbsp) Sugar
- 2g (0.7tsp) Salt
✤ Peeling
- 150ml Heavy cream
- 15g (1.5Tbsp) Sugar
- 80g Soft persimmon
✤ Other
- Corn starch powder (any kind of starch)
- Vegetable cooking oil (non-sticky)
✤ TIP
- Persimmon leaves can also be made into a green chocolate pan and decorated.
- You can substitute mango for soft persimmon
- Cooked in the microwave twice for 3 minutes and once for 2 minutes and 30 seconds (based on 700W)
