Actually not, they show signs of aging in ther 60, and in their 80 they are like Humans in their 80, beside that they still age after their 20 an stop at is 40, but mainly into their fully adult height, also if we believe Online, Goku knew that is prime was going to end in is 60, so that means yes they start aging quickly after that.
