Been rocking these Chi Chi videos for years now. And while I've gotten way fitter these videos are never easy. Always a great challenge!

I'm trying to lose 60lbs. I would like to incorporate kettle ball workouts into my activities. I am an over the road driver, limited on space and time. How often should I be doing these routines?

Starting tomorrow! What is the best weight for a beginner? I know it will vary from person to person but average weight? Also, what weight are you using?

+Kristine Nelson Good morning. Yes, it will vary but the weight I am using is between 25, 36 and 44 pounds to use in the video. I train with heavier bells though. Like your videos very much, thank you. However it is difficult to see this as the sun is in the camera eye. Photography 101 ..... sun should always be behind the camera and on the subject. cheers
