Why do you say let’s finish it off and then keep going?

I can tell while you’re call out the exercises that you know the push up and then standing up is too much.

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

hey chi chi, awesome workouts. have had a kettle bell for years, never really knew much of what to do with it. have been doing palates and love it, but wanted something different to take on. i found you, hallelujah!!!!! just what i wanted. i did beginners and moved on right away to the beginner/intermediate. will do that a few times and try it a little harder then. you rock😊

Just found your channel and this kettle bell work out. After suffering with a back muscle injury physio recommended some kettle bell work outs to try and slowly strengthen my back. Easy to follow and good steady pace. Many thanks Ron & team. Andy, England UK.

I'm over weight and out of shape..I really love the options and I find Chi-Chi to be a very good instructor, and I can actually keep up..which is encouraging in itself. The kettle bells are a great work out for me, I enjoy them alot, especially with Chi-Chi's guidance.

Hello from Manila, Philippines! I'm so glad I came across your channel & beginner kettlebell workouts. I love the way you teach & explain. I felt like I had a personal trainer w/ me! Now I know why-- you're a teacher & have teachers as parents! Awesome! Do you happen to be of Filipino descent? I just thought so coz Filipinos love giving cute nicknames to their kids. More power to you & your channel.

I recently started using the kettlebells as a staple workout, I wish I had started using them a lot sooner because I feel so much better using them because they don’t have the same negative impact on my body. Your workouts are great and I like how you explain each move but you chain the workouts together for a full body workout.
