It’s entirely possible that the tomb was destroyed a long time ago. Plenty of tomb world were hunted down by eldar, destroyed by tectonic shifts, consumed when a star died, or simply never wake up. I don’t think the mechanicus could run free through the tomb if the Necrons were still active.

@@Rubedo13 depends on if the dynasty is still functioning, any high ranking Necron nobles are alive to do something about it, and if the tomb world is even worth fighting for. It’s also entirely possible that the lead Necrons are not on the planet, just watching the show with mild amusement because it’s the biggest show they had in centuries

1:14:20 For anyone wondering, this is NOT said by Lord Calgar, but possibly by the Holy Emperor himself (people connect it with the fact, that it's heard by Titus within his mind, as opposed to from a person standing close by). The Developers already confirmed, that the captions were incorrectly showing Calgar's name and they already fixed it in a recent update (now instead it just says "Voice"). Chibi simply recorded this way before the patch was out.

also quck explination. at 6m when you hit the marine and just armor fell. that is called a rubrick marine. when one chapter , the thousand sons were seduced by tzeench in orter to protect the marines they cast a spell. its result was that the bodies turned to dust and the souls were enchanted into the armour. only the sorecerer in the chapter didn't suffer this fate. then their planet was burned by the space wolves (sabotaged orders) but the head of the thousand sons has never fogiven the space doggies and has attacked them repeatedly.

I love how the color change from purple to a lime. Purple is over linked to the warp and lime is to the necros. Rouge Trader you see how much of monster Space Marines and the like are.

Cool detail here at 25:25 and other spots where they say they don’t hear who is speaking to them. If you are playing gadriel and chairon you will not hear the words such as “if it has no effect on you why not use it?” From “ fake gadriel” the other players will not hear that phrase that was said

Learn the Warhammer lore by reading the rule books. From 2nd/3rd edition, ideally. There are short stories and things like poetry in the rule books to establish the setting and faction history and interrelationships. Everything is the coolest thing ever in this setting.

I liked when the Necrons were described as evil when they literally just want to be left alone xD. I would argue that the Imperium, chaos and most of the other factions are MUCH more evil for wanting to impact other peoples' way of life

I duno man, the Necrons dont exactly "literally just want to be left alone". They want to reconquer the galaxy and eradicate all the other, in their eyes "lesser" species from it. They are about as evil as everyone else and want to very much impact the other peoples way of life^^

They don't wanna be left alone, they want to conquer the galaxy, that is why they went into stasis in the first place, they realized that after their extended war with the ancient ones and then the Star Gods left the vulnerable to the Krorks and the Eldar. The Stasis was supposed to run out when they were gone so they could once more conquer the galaxy. All the Empire did was wake them up a little sooner then expected.
