Rumors is this might be just an insurance scam- honestly this building in general has seen so many owners and catching on fire twice with the first one just the roof (still) and this second one being a total loss.

@@metraforce441 wait the building is a total loss? About the scam thing, I've seen reviews on the store that was there and quite a few people said that they were scammed. So I wouldn't be surprised if this is a insurance scam.
