Chicago Lakefront Trail Bike Ride

The Lakefront Trail is a famous bike ride along Lake Michigan in Chicago with many sights along the way, including Navy Pier, Buckingham Fountain, the Museum Campus, the Centennial (Ferris) Wheel, numerous beaches, parks and harbors and that awesome city skyline. In addition to biking, plenty of people walk, jog or even skateboard along the trail, but you will definitely see tons of bicycles.
This video is part of our epic road trip to all 5 US Great Lakes (Ontario, Erie, Huron, Superior & Michigan) where we visited Niagara Falls in New York, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Pictured Rocks and Apostle Islands National Lakeshores, Mackinac Island, the Porcupine Mountains ("Porkies" as they say in da UP), the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Ohio, the Henry Ford Museum in Detroit, the Lakeshore bike trail in Chicago, Frankenmuth the year-round Christmas city - are you tired yet? Oh and we ate a lot of pasties and fudge. Like a lot of fudge. So much fudge that we actually take no offense to the Yoopers and Trolls calling us Fudgies. We've been called much worse. The United States of America is a huge place and this is just one small portion of it.
