To those commenting about how it looks raw, it can be cooked that way because it's all locally sourced, like they say. They know exactly what the meat is and where it comes from. This isn't store-bought hamburger. The way they show you exactly how they make it just proves even more that they're not worried about divulging any secrets because the ingredients are all so dang fresh that it'd be impossible to recreate it yourself. It all adds up to a unique, flavorful experience that you can only find at one of.... (wait for it...) .... Chicago's Best.
